BrumHumsChums Café

  • Comptoir Libanais Birmingham Unit 29 Stephenson Place Birmingham, England, B2 4BF United Kingdom (map)

This month our Sunday social has a slightly different flavour from usual. It will take place on 28th May at 11.30am at the Comptoir Libanais, a Lebanese restaurant in Grand Central, above New Street Station. There are lots of enticing-looking dishes on the menu, but you’re welcome to join us just for a drink or a snack. The difference this month is that our regular social is combined with BrumHumsChums, our monthly friendship group meeting. Tony and Liz will be devising a range of light-hearted questions and slightly more thought-provoking conversation topics for people to pick from a lucky-dip box and to discuss with their table neighbours if they would like to — but with no pressure to do so. Tony and Liz may also ask if you would be willing to switch places now and then, to give people a chance to chat to a larger number of the people who come along.

We’re holding a table booking for a set number of people, so please do sign up below if you’re intending to come. We hope to see you there.

Please note that we sometimes take photographs at our events, for use on our website and in our newsletter. If you do not wish your image to be used in this way, please let us know.
